You can pay with

• debit or credit card with direct introduction of Virtual POS


• ePay.bg


• PayPal


• Bank transfer


• at EasyPay checkouts


• by cash on delivery - upon receipt by courier, and you can pay in cash or by card


• by cash at Simetro Books’ office by prior arrangement

 

After you make an order, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. When paying by bank transfer, please use your order number, which you received by email, as a basis for payment.

In case of cancellation we will refund the amounts paid within 14 days, and you can return the ordered products to us by courier at your expense.

When returning the amount, the same means of payment used by the customer in the initial transaction is used.

All credit or debit card holders are subject to control checks and permission from the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to give you permission to pay, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.

We do not save information about your credit or debit cards.

 

 

Delivery methods

For orders over BGN 14 - free delivery to Speedy's office.

For orders over BGN 20 - free delivery to an address within the country.

This does not include the purchase of equipment such as cardboard, wood and metal stands, as well as plastic blanks with magnetic foil.

For orders of cardboard and wooden stands, as well as plastic blanks with magnetic foil - delivery is BGN 4.99 to your address or Speedy office.

For orders of metal stands, as they are considered as a bulk shipment by couriers - delivery is at the expense of the recipient to your address or Speedy office.

You can also pick up your order from the Simetro Books office, by prior arrangement.

Orders placed before 03:00pm are shipped the same day if the product is available in our office. Orders after this time are processed on the next business day.

Delivery is made within three working days (depending on the workload of the courier company).

The offer is valid only for end customers. For traders the terms of delivery are by prior arrangement.
